How long does it take to ship my order?

We strive to have the best experience for our customers and that includes providing quality products. Our standard shipping on average arrives between 2-3 business days. 

How do I track my orders?

We provide all of our customers with a tracking number as soon as your purchase is confirmed. In your Shipping Confirmation email (or text which is optional), you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.

How do I cancel or change my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! We are happy to change an order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Otherwise, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy, once your order has been delivered to you.

I placed an order, but I haven't received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Nastasia.Co within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

To check your orders, log into your Nastasia.Co account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Care team via shop.info@nastasia.co and we would be happy to assist you.
